Concrete repair & resurfacing - Gainesville, Texas

My customer had a steel plate on the floor to level out the area for moving their steel vats around. However water kept getting underneath and creating a mess. 

Project Description: Concrete repair and resurfacing

Problem: Steel plate was causing clean up problems after washing out tanks

Solution: Remove steel plate and resurfacing with concrete repair material

Preparation:

Steel plate was removed and the concrete was ground to clean and create a profile on the concrete. After grinding a primer was applied for proper adhesion. 

Resurfacing application:

After the primer was applied the repair material was mixed with one part resin and three parts sand and troweled onto the surface. The material was built up to 1/2 inch in thickness to level out the area and create an easy to clean and level surface.

Summary:

My customer was tired of the water that would get trapped under the steel plate and are quit happy with the new surface which is much easier to dry out after cleaning.

Concrete Staining - Aubrey, Texas

Our customer had carpet and tile and over time the carpet really started to show a lot of wear and tear. They wanted something that would be easier to clean and would stay looking better than the carpet. We tore out the carpet and tile, ground off all of the paint and drywall mud that was left behind by the builder than proceeded to stain. After staining we applied 2 coats of our clear coat which will give our customer a low maintenance surface for many years.

This customer wanted a floor that would compliment his wall color and new cabinets he had installed.

Balcony Waterproofing

This customer has a plywood balcony that they will be applying tile as the fininsh surface. They needed a 100% seamless membrane applied to make sure the balcony was water tight. After chaulking all of the joints and transitions from the wall to the floor we applied a special fabric along with our liquid rubber coating. We than applied sand to the coating, which will give the tile company a very good surface for their tile to bond. Concrete Repair Done to Parking Garages

This customer had a couple of parking garages that when constructed had the re-bar placed to close to the surface of the concrete. Over the years of the vehicle traffic and the concrete flexing due to the traffic the re-bar began to push out through the top of the concrete. This made for trip hazards and let the re-bar begin to rust which over time will degrade the strength of the structures. We cleaned out all of the loose concrete and applied our concrete repair material that is 3 times stronger than concrete and also remains more flexible than concrete. Manufacturing facility epoxy floor coating

This customer had applied multiple layers of epoxy on the floor but due to improper prep the coating just wasn't holding up. Epoxy Floor Coating In Industrial Warehouse

This customer had an existing floor coating on his warehouse floor. It was failing due to being a lower grade paint and the existing concrete had a sealer applied which was causing the coating to flake. We ground off what was left of the existing coating and the sealer and applied one of our industrial grade epoxy coatings for a fresh new look.
