Balcony Waterproofing

This customer has a plywood balcony that they will be applying tile as the fininsh surface. They needed a 100% seamless membrane applied to make sure the balcony was water tight. After chaulking all of the joints and transitions from the wall to the floor we applied a special fabric along with our liquid rubber coating. We than applied sand to the coating, which will give the tile company a very good surface for their tile to bond.
