Concrete Cleaning and Sealing

Here we pressure washed the concrete to remove all of the dirt and grime. After cleaning we applied our penetrating concrete sealer which not only seals the top of the concrete but internally as well. This sealer will never have to be replaced since it penetrates up the 6 inches into concrete, it will last the life of the concrete.

After pressure washing we let dry and applied our penetrating sealer.

Here you see how the water just sits on the surface of the concrete. Since this is not a topical sealer you still have the slip resistance of your concretes brrom finish but not longer can the dirt and grime penetrate the concrete. Just hose off every so often to keep it looking clean.

Concrete Repair

This work was completed at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.The concrete in their parking garage keeps tearing up. This is a fix I just completed for them and had traffic back in action in 30 minutes.

Concrete Cleaning and Sealing

Here we have a before and after photo of some concrete cleaning and sealing. The last photo shows what the concrete looks like today 2 years later. The sealer we use sits below the surface of the concrete but it does such a good job it doesn't allow the mold and mildew to attach itself to the concrete which keeps your concrete looking clean.

Concrete Staining

Our customer had carpet and tile and over time the carpet really started to show a lot of wear and tear. They wanted something that would be easier to clean and would stay looking better than the carpet. We tore out the carpet and tile, ground off all of the paint and drywall mud that was left behind by the builder than proceeded to stain. After staining we applied 2 coats of our clear coat which will give our customer a low maintenance surface for many years.

RV Roof Waterproofed

My father-in-laws hunting trailers roof was in bad shape. I power washed it and applied my liquid rubber material to the entire roof. In a couple of areas it was around 2 inches thick.

West Village Curb Repair

Year of being hit by vehicles caused this corner of the curb to breakaway. Repaired with out material that is 3 time stronger than concrete. The curb was hit buy a car 1 hour after the repair with no affect.

First Christian Church Stairs Resurfaced

The stairs are nearly 100 years old and had been in tough shape for some time. My customer wanted them resurfaced with a slip resistant coating and also wanted them waterproofed to slow down their decay.
