Residential Home with Clear Floor Coating - Rockwall Texas

This customer is building a new home and wanted the concrete sealed. After applying a sample for them they decided to go with just a clear coat on the concrete with not stain. They loved how it darked the concrete and pulled out the colors and defects in the concrete giving a unique look. Here are some photos.

Medical Center Stairwells - Plano, TX

These stairs were in pretty bad shape from years of abuse. After cleaning off all of the rust the bad areas where repaired with new metal and the metal was coated and the stair treads where resurface to give everything a fresh new look. Here are some before and after photos.

Concrete staining of apartment floor - Aubrey, Texas

This apartment floor had a plumbing problem that caused it to flood. My customer had us tear out the carpet and linoleum after which we prepared the concrete, stained and applied a clear coat. The following so the different phases.

This is what the concrete looked like after tearing out the existing flooring. It had a lot of glue, paint and drywall mud on the floor.

Ths is the floor after grinding off all of the grime. Also all of the nail wholes left in the concrete after removing the carpet strips where filled in before staining.

Concrete Cleaning and Sealing - Dickinson, Texas

The sealer we use sits below the surface of the concrete but it does such a good job it doesn't allow the mold and mildew to attach itself to the concrete which keeps your concrete looking clean.
