This work was completed at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth.The concrete in their parking garage keeps tearing up. This is a fix I just completed for them and had traffic back in action in 30 minutes.

Industrial epoxy garage floor coating - Lewisville, Texas

Our customer had a 15 year old concrete floor in need of a make over. They went with a royal blue base coat with a medium broadcast of flake and glass bead broadcast into the clear coat for extra ship resistance.

Epoxy Floor & Wall Coating - Gunter, Texas

These restrooms are at a park and the contrator wanted an easy to clean and durable coating on the floor and walls. I applied the base color to the floor and walls first and than put a decorative flake coating on the floor and up the wall 4 inches.

Concrete repair and resurfacing stairs - McKinney, Texas

This is at an apartment complex where the concrete stairs are starting to crack and some have peices broken out. My customer had me clean up the stairs, treat all of the cracks and fix where peice had broken out and than resurfaced each stair to seal them and protect them from the elements.

Balcony Waterproofing

This customer has a plywood balcony that they will be applying tile as the fininsh surface. They needed a 100% seamless membrane applied to make sure the balcony was water tight. After chaulking all of the joints and transitions from the wall to the floor we applied a special fabric along with our liquid rubber coating. We than applied sand to the coating, which will give the tile company a very good surface for their tile to bond. Concrete Repair & Resurfacing

This customer has a concrete parking lot where the concrete was spalling. To tear out and replace is not only costly but would require the customer to not have access to their parking lot for several days will the concrete cured. Utilizing our concrete repair material we resurfaced about 2500 sq/ft of concrete, starting the project Saturday afternoon finishing up on Sunday afternoon and the customer was able to park on it Monday when they got to work. This saved them time and money with no disruption to their business.

Decorative Epoxy Floor Coating Oil and Lube Shop

This is an 18 year old oil and lube shop which was bear concrete. They had applied a seal back when it was built but was all worn down to the concrete. We shot blasted the concrete to remove the surface of the concrete and give us a profile for our coating to bond. We also coated the red steel areas to give the whole floor a fresh look. This customer also had me coat the employee restroom and break room.

This customer had applied multiple layers of epoxy on the floor but due to improper prep the coating just wasn't holding up. Epoxy Floor Coating In Industrial Warehouse

This customer had an existing floor coating on his warehouse floor. It was failing due to being a lower grade paint and the existing concrete had a sealer applied which was causing the coating to flake. We ground off what was left of the existing coating and the sealer and applied one of our industrial grade epoxy coatings for a fresh new look.
