Problem: Stained and dirty concrete

Solution: Grind and apply epoxy floor coating in custom color

Preparation: The concrete was ground to remove year of contaminants and prepare the concrete for epoxy.

Application:  Once the preparation work was completed I applied a 100% solids epoxy primer coat to the floor and than finished it off with our safety blue polysiloxane coating with some slip resistance added for a durable and easy to clean surface.

Summary: My customer was looking for a cost affective solution for his floor and was extremely happy with the end result.

Grey metallic epoxy floor coating - Hurst Texas

Project Description: Metallic Epoxy Floor Coatings

Problem: Original flooring was industrial carpet

Solution: Apply and beautiful metallic epoxy floor coating to match logo colors

Preparation:

Original flooring was removed and the concrete was ground to remove glue, paint and grime

Coating application:

A moisture barrier epoxy was applied to the concrete as a primer at 100sq/ft per gallon. Then the metallic epoxy was applied in three colors: pearl, dolphin and purple. The two grey where spread out over the floor at 50sq/ft per gallon with just a highlight of the purple.

Summary:

My customer was looking for that one of a kind floor and loves the outcome of this one of a kind metallic epoxy floor coating.

Metallic Epoxy Floor Coating Woodworking Shop - Oak Point, Texas

Project Description: Boat shed converted to woodworking shop.

Problem: Dusting concrete floor needed a sealed surface.

Solution: Highly decorative metallic epoxy coating.

Preparation:

The concrete floor was ground and cracks where filled to allow for a seamless finish.

Coating application:

After preparation a waterproofing primer was applied to the concrete. The next step included adding a black epoxy base for the new floor. The metallic coat consisted of 4 colors spread over the surface, squeegeed around and back rolled. Once the epoxy was dry the surface was sanded and a clear satin finish polyurethane was applied.

Summary:

This floor was done on my own work shop floor. The main purpose was for a floor I could show off to my friends and family but also to see how it performs in a harsher environment liked a work shop.

My customer is adding on to their dog kennel and needed a durable, easy to clean floor coating. I ground the concrete, applied a primer coat, base coat and top coat to give them an long lasting, durable floor coating.

Another DIY garage floor coating replaced - Fort Worth, Texas

This customer had a DIY garage floor coating that as most I see was failing. When you come home after a long drive your tires are pretty warm, especially in the summer. You pull into your garage and as your tires cool than can "glue" themselves to the floor coating. You back out in the morning and it takes some of the coating with it. There are a couple factors why this happens. 1) The concrete was not affectively opened up (etching or grinding) to allow the coating to bond properly and 2) a low grade coating was used that allowed the tires to stick to its surface.

After grinding off this coating I applied one of my industrial epoxy coatings with a full flake broadcast and top coated with a polysiloxane coating which has great resistance to anything else being able to stick to its surface.

This superior floor coating gave my customer a beautiful new floor backed by a life time guarantee against peeling and flaking. Not to mention how much better the color goes with the color of the walls.
