Metallic Epoxy in a house - Aubrey, Texas

Problem: Boring grey concrete.

Solution: Grind and apply metallic epoxy floor coating in custom color

Preparation: The concrete was ground to prepare the concrete for epoxy.

Application:  Once the preparation work was completed I applied a moisture mitigating epoxy primer coat to the floor. This was allowed to dry over night. Day 2 I applied the customer metallic colors in Pearl with blue highlights. Day 3 I applied a satin finish polyurethane clear coat for added durability. 

Summary: My customer was looking for a floor with the WOW factor!!

Metallic Epoxy Flooring in Living Room and Bedroom - Forney, Texas

Concrete Staining Patio - Denton Texas

Project Description: Concrete Staining - Patio

Problem: No problem, just wanted an easy to clean surface on their patio.

Solution: Grind and apply a concrete stain to the existing patio.

Preparation:

The concrete was ground to remove the dirt and grim from the concrete surface.

Coating application:

Once the prep work was done I spray applied the stain in brown and applied two coats of sealer.

Summary:

Customer loved the patio and the color goes extremely well with their decor!

Epoxy floor coating on concrete stairs - Lewisville, Texas

In the lobby area our customer has a steel pan stair case with concrete for the runners. All of the steel was painted a chocolate brown and my customer wanted a nice color to compliment the brown. They went with a bronze color giving the stairs a nice look.

Waterproofing balcony - Azle, Texas

Balcony was two years old and leaked from day one. Original contractor installed the waterproofing membrane incorrectly and than poured 2 tons of concrete on top of that. Failure waiting to happen. After tearing off the concrete I added fur strips to slope the water away from the house, installed new plywood and applied our waterproofing memebrane and a decorative finish.

Concrete resurfacing on church stairs - Van Alstyne, Texas

These stairs are about 100 years old and had some areas where the concrete had broken off. After patching these areas I resurfaced them with a rubberized polyurethane coating that has crushed rubber granules for traction. The customer was extremely pleased.

Concrete Staining - Aubrey, Texas

Our customer had carpet and tile and over time the carpet really started to show a lot of wear and tear. They wanted something that would be easier to clean and would stay looking better than the carpet. We tore out the carpet and tile, ground off all of the paint and drywall mud that was left behind by the builder than proceeded to stain. After staining we applied 2 coats of our clear coat which will give our customer a low maintenance surface for many years.

Epoxy Floor & Wall Coating - Gunter, Texas

These restrooms are at a park and the contrator wanted an easy to clean and durable coating on the floor and walls. I applied the base color to the floor and walls first and than put a decorative flake coating on the floor and up the wall 4 inches.

Balcony Waterproofing

This customer has a balcony that originally had a metal pan for waterproofing with tile installed on top. Needless to say a metal pan is not a long term waterproofing membrane and the customer had multiple leaks. The tile, metal and subfloor where removed and a new plywood subfloor was installed. All the joints were treated with chaulk and a 4 inch fiberglass mesh for added strength and than a thick layer of our liquid rubber was applied for waterproofing with a decorative quartz broadcasted into the coating giving our customer a decorative and watertight finish. Concrete repair and resurfacing

This customer had a low spot in their concrete right at the garage door. Using our concrete repair material we leveled the area out forcing the water to move away from the garage. After that our customer wanted the whole area resurfaced to help hide the repair.
