This customer wanted an easy to clean yet slip resistant floor. We applied our first coat and will the coating was still wet we broadcasted glass beads into the coating. Balcony Waterproofing

This customer has a balcony that originally had a metal pan for waterproofing with tile installed on top. Needless to say a metal pan is not a long term waterproofing membrane and the customer had multiple leaks. The tile, metal and subfloor where removed and a new plywood subfloor was installed. All the joints were treated with chaulk and a 4 inch fiberglass mesh for added strength and than a thick layer of our liquid rubber was applied for waterproofing with a decorative quartz broadcasted into the coating giving our customer a decorative and watertight finish.
