Metallic Epoxy Flooring in Living Room - Colleyville Texas

Project Description: Metallic Epoxy Floor - Living Room

Problem: The first contractor did not do a moisture test on the concrete which caused his product to fail.

Solution: Grind off existing coating and waterproof the concrete before applying new metallic epoxy flooring.

Preparation:
The existing coating was ground off of the concrete and a penetrating sealer was applied the floor to seal off the moisture which was coming through the concrete.

Coating application:
Once the prep work was done I applied a base coat of grey epoxy before applying the metallic epoxy colors in pearl and dolphin. A finial clear coat was applied for added protection.

Summary:
Customer loves their new floor!
