Project Description: Concrete repair of spalling concrete in a parking lot
Problem: Spalling concrete needing to be repaired to stop deterioration.
Solution: Fast curing, 3 times stronger than concrete patch material
Preparation:
The area was squared up using a right angle grinder to get a clean edge. Concrete was chiseled out to about 1/2 inch deep.
Coating application:
Once the preparation was done a primer was applied to the surface and the patch material was applied to fill in the problem area.
Summary:
My customer was looking for fast and long term solution for their problem. The product once applied takes under 1 hour to fulling cure and return to service.
