Building water containment curb - Gainesville, Texas

My customer has an area where they wash out these big drums they use in the manufacturing process of their powder coating material. The floor is so old there that the water an run out onto the manufacturing floor. They had me create a small curb to contain the water until they could get it squeegeed into the drain. It was no more than a 1/2 inch tall at the thicks so it would still be easy to roll the drums over when getting in and out of the wash area.

After grinding the area I applied the primer coat for the repair resin to bond to.

The area was built up using my repair material that can be applied from a feather edge to as thick as you need it in one pass. In this case it was only a 1/2 inch thick.
