This apartment floor had a plumbing problem that caused it to flood. My customer had us tear out the carpet and linoleum after which we prepared the concrete, stained and applied a clear coat. The following so the different phases.

Ths is the floor after grinding off all of the grime. Also all of the nail wholes left in the concrete after removing the carpet strips where filled in before staining. |
