Our customer had some area around their facility where the concrete was being wore down from the constant use of steel wheels from their dollies moving heavy objects around. The wearing of the concrete was making it difficult to maneuver their dollies. They had me clean up the areas and resurface them with our concrete repair material that is 3 times stronger than concrete to give them a new surface that last for many more years making it easier to do their work.

Concrete sealing and waterproofing

This customer had a crack in their foundation that ran from one end to the other end. The area they live in has a very high water table and during times of rain they had moisture coming up through the crack in the slab with ultimately ruined their flooring. After removal of the vinyl flooring we inserted injection point along the crack and sealed the remaining crack with epoxy to keep the foam in the crack. Once the crack had been sealed we applied a penetrating sealer to the concrete to help stop moisture transfer through the concrete.

Here the ports are laid out ready for installation.

The ports have been installed and crack sealed with epoxy and the crack is being injected with the polyurethane foam.

The foam injection is completed. Crack is sealed up.

Here the foam started coming out of another crack. Shows how this stuff will travel through the slab to fill any voids.

This is the completed repair. The ports have been removed and the crack ground smooth and ready for the customers new flooring.

My customer had a curb that was hit by a piece of construction equipment which broke a chunk of the curb out. Instead of cutting out the rest of the curt to repour I was able to remove all of the loose material and fill in with my concrete repair material saving my customer time and money. Start to finish only took about 30 minutes and was ready for painting when I left. This is an 18 year old oil and lube shop which was bear concrete. They had applied a seal back when it was built but was all worn down to the concrete. Parking Garage Wall Repaired

My customer had a cold joint in their concrete wall that the original contractor covered with standard patch material. They also did not cut a joint back in after repair to allow for movement. I chipped out all of the loose material filled it in with our concrete repair material that is 3 times stronger than concrete and replaced the control joint and filled in with a rubberized joint material to allow for movement. The last step was to apply a industrial grade masonary paint to make the wall uniform in color. The customer was so happy with the end result they already have a second wall for me to repair.

Balcony Waterproofing

This customer has a balcony that originally had a metal pan for waterproofing with tile installed on top. Needless to say a metal pan is not a long term waterproofing membrane and the customer had multiple leaks. The tile, metal and subfloor where removed and a new plywood subfloor was installed. All the joints were treated with chaulk and a 4 inch fiberglass mesh for added strength and than a thick layer of our liquid rubber was applied for waterproofing with a decorative quartz broadcasted into the coating giving our customer a decorative and watertight finish. Patio Floor Gets A Face Lift

Our customer had originally stained their patio concrete less than a year ago and it was already coming off. The husband went to clean it with a pressure washer and left streaks where the pressure washer took the stain off of the concrete. They wanted a long lasting durable finish that was decorative and basically maintainance free. We grinded back down to the concrete to give us a proper bond to ensure to delamination and than applied our ruberized coating with a color quart finish and a clear top coat.

DIY'er ALERT!!

I came across this product on my many web searches and got a pail to try out. I was quite impressed with the ease of use.

Pool Decks:
I will be trying it around my neighbor’s pool decking next week and will let you all know how it comes out.

Crack Filling:
Works well and does as advertised. What I have found is if you have smaller cracks (less than 1/4 inch wide) you need to open them up with a grinder in order to get enough material in it to be effective.

All in all a good product for the DIY crowd.

This customer has a plywood balcony that they will be applying tile as the fininsh surface. They needed a 100% seamless membrane applied to make sure the balcony was water tight. After chaulking all of the joints and transitions from the wall to the floor we applied a special fabric along with our liquid rubber coating. Concrete Repair Done to Parking Garages

This customer had a couple of parking garages that when constructed had the re-bar placed to close to the surface of the concrete. Over the years of the vehicle traffic and the concrete flexing due to the traffic the re-bar began to push out through the top of the concrete. This made for trip hazards and let the re-bar begin to rust which over time will degrade the strength of the structures. Second Story Balcony Waterproofing

This balcony originally had a rolled asphalt roofing material applied for waterproofing. Needless to say this is not a good material for walking on, so we pulled everything off back down to the wood substrate. There where many areas that were rooted so we cut them out and replaced. After sealing all penetrations, screw heads, seams, railing, etc. we applied our waterproofing membrane followed by a durable walking surface. This process will allow the wood substrate to expand and contract as needed but still allow the customer to use there great patio area along with keeping everything underneath nice and dry.

We were contracted to seal up the floors in a dog kennel with an industrial yet decorative coating. We ground the concrete and coated the floor and up the walls 2 inches to seal the concrete and the transition from the floor up the walls. We not only sealed the concrete but protected it for years from the dog urine and other contaminants. The decorative finish also added some slip resistance to give the dogs extra traction.
