Problem: This customer had hired his painter to paint his garage floor.
Solution: Grind and apply two coats of our industrial grade epoxy floor coating.
Preparation: The concrete was ground to remove what was left of the exiting product and to put a profile on the concrete.
Application: Once the preparation work was completed I applied a 100% solids base coat of epoxy to give some thickness to the floor coating and than applied a polysiloxane top coat for an abrasion resistant and chemical resistant finish.
Summary: In the beginning my customer was looking for a cheap solution which didn't even last 2 weeks. Now he has a floor that will last for 15+ years.
