Concrete Patio Re-leveled - Oak Point, Texas

This customers patio was tilting downward in this one corner. After pulling away the dirt we discovered this concrete was over 12 inches thick. By diging 5 holes, 4 for 2 ton jacks and the one on the corner so we could pour a footer we where able to jack up the patio back level which was roughly 5 to 6 inches. After pouring the corner footer we left the jacks in place and poured concrete round them. This patio isn't going anywhere.
